I confirm that I am above 18 years of age and have authority to make this release in respect of the Contribution and I understand that babyballet® (“BABYBALLET”) wishes to use the Contribution featuring the Contributor as set out in this release form.I (for and on behalf of the Contributor) grant to BABYBALLET:- exclusive permission to use the Contribution throughout the world in all and any media, including but not limited to, in BABYBALLET printed publications, presentations, promotional materials, in the advertising of BABYBALLET goods or services or on BABYBALLET website (“Specified Purposes”); and- all rights including without limitation copyright and performers' property rights in such Contribution and all consents necessary to enable BABYBALLET to make the fullest use of the Contribution worldwide in any and all media, whether now known or developed or discovered, without payment, liability or acknowledgement to you or the Contributor.I acknowledge and agree that BABYBALLET shall be entitled to:1. edit, copy, add to, adapt or issue publicity relating to the Contribution at its discretion. 2. store copies of the Contribution for the Specified Purposes or to store contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me. 3. transfer the Contribution and my contact details to a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or store them at a destination outside the EEA for the purposes set out in this release form. 4. freely assign, license or otherwise deal with any rights granted under this agreement to any third parties.I understand that I and the Contributor do not own the copyright in any Contribution and I hereby waive any right that I or the Contributor may have to inspect or approve any media, publications, products or any advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the Specific Purposes.This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.I confirm that the terms of this agreement have been explained to me and that I am fully informed in order to agree to this release form.
