“It is with great pride to announce that Miss Stephanie, our franchisee in Greenwich, Dulwich, Woolwich, Sevenoaks, Blackheath, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, skips over her tenth franchise birthday milestone today and I couldn’t be prouder of what she has achieved since she joined us back in 2011.
Not only has she built an incredible business and team, and brought untold amounts of dancing joy to thousands of children, she has raised a gorgeous family of three girls, Bella, Lyra and Ariana at the same time!
I feel very fortunate that the crossing of our paths, which lead to Miss Stephanie buying the franchise, was completely by chance.
After stumbling across babyballet® whilst searching for a preschool class for her first-born, she loved our ethos so much that she picked up the phone to enquire about how she could become a franchisee and the rest is history!
She joined babyballet® thinking it would be a part time business for her but it soon turned into so much more. Her passion, hard work, business acumen, awesome customer service skills and keen eye for detail on every level resulted in rapid growth for her new company. She was inundated with enquiries for more and more children to attend her classes so she kept growing her franchise area to accommodate them all!
She expanded her franchise territory over and over again to satisfy demand for her popular classes and also recruited, trained and managed a solid team of teachers and office staff. She has won awards, held fund-raising events and huge theatre productions along the way but despite the huge growth her company has experienced, she has never lost sight of her initial goal, which was to bring a magical and fun experience to each and every single child!
Over the years Miss Stephanie and her team have taught thousands of babyballet® stars and and ever since that first call she has continued to believe wholeheartedly in our company values. I thank her from the bottom of my pink and fluffy babyballet® heart for being such an amazing brand ambassador and I am so happy she picked up the phone that day.
When the pandemic struck in 2020, not only did Miss Stephanie have to navigate her business through the turbulence and uncertainty of Covid-19, her world was turned upside down unimaginably when her daughter Ariana, was diagnosed with leukaemia in September.
The way that Stephanie is dealing with this horrendous battle is beyond admirable and reflects what a strong, determined and resilient lady she is.
Even though her special milestone is not quite how she imagined, I hope she is able to reflect on her fantastic accomplishments and feel an immense sense of pride in what she has achieved with her business and her family – a truly inspirational mumpreneur.
Although she may not be able to have the big celebration that she is worthy of just yet due to the intense treatment Ariana is going through and the pandemic restrictions, it’s important she feels the love and magic from those around her.
Her franchise family here at babyballet® will most certainly make sure that when the time comes, we will give her the huge celebration she deserves.
Getting to ten years is an amazing achievement in any business but with everything she is facing right now, she deserves the biggest applause and credit ever, so she truly understands and believes what a strong and wonderful lady she is so please join me in wishing Miss Stephanie a VERY happy and magical tenth franchise birthday.
Keep sparkling Miss Stephanie, we are with you every step of the way.“
Miss Claire, your Head Office team and all your franchise family XXXXXX
