10 years, 9 shows, countless little stars and so many special memories!

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone for Miss Heather of babyballet Bradford North & West, who has reached an incredible 10 years as a babyballet franchisee.

Miss Heather took hold of the reins back in 2016, taking on an already established babyballet business. Over the past decade, she has continued to nurture and grow the franchise, proudly flying the babyballet flag and bringing the magic of babyballet to children and families across Bradford and surrounding areas.

It certainly hasn’t always been straightforward. Like any business journey, there have been challenges along the way, including navigating the hugely difficult period of COVID. Through it all, Miss Heather has remained committed to her little stars, her families and the babyballet brand.

And there is so much to celebrate!

Ten years of dancing, growing and giving back

Over the past ten years, Miss Heather has:

🩰 Produced 9 wonderful babyballet shows, with only COVID stopping the usual annual performances. Even then, Miss Heather found a way to keep her little stars involved by creating special online sessions and videos for children to practise at home.

💗 Helped countless little stars grow in confidence through dance, watching children take their first tentative steps and continue to develop as they grow.

🎪 Taken babyballet into the wider community through local carnivals, festivals and community events.

🌈 Proudly represented the Yorkshire region at Tots Fest for several years, helping to introduce even more families to the babyballet magic.

💛 Performed in care homes, bringing the joy of babyballet® to audiences beyond the dance studio.

🎗️ Supported a whole host of charitable fundraising activities, including all of the babyballet® Danceathons for Tommy’s, fundraising for Children in Need and taking part in Children’s Activities Week.

Always ready to dance for a good cause!

We especially want to celebrate Miss Heather’s incredible commitment to fundraising over the years.

Whether she has been dancing in her pyjamas for Children in Need, taking part in Watch Me Fly for Children’s Activities Week, or getting involved in every babyballet® Danceathon for Tommy’s, Miss Heather has always been ready to pull on a costume, put on her dancing shoes and have some fun while raising money for some very special causes.

Her commitment to getting out into the community has been such an important part of her babyballet journey and something we are incredibly proud to celebrate.

Growing alongside babyballet

Whilst Miss Heather has been busy growing her babyballet business, her own family has grown too.

Over the past ten years, Miss Heather has got married and welcomed her two beautiful children, Lily, now 4, and Jack, now 1.

There have been plenty of changes over the last decade, but one thing has remained constant: Miss Heather’s passion for seeing the difference that babyballet can make to little ones.

When we asked Miss Heather what she loves most about being a babyballet franchisee, her answer was simple:

“I enjoy watching the children grow and develop at class.”

We think that sums up the magic of babyballet perfectly.

From those very first little steps to watching children who started as toddlers grow into wonderful young people, there are so many special moments that make a decade of babyballet worth celebrating.

Looking to the future

So, what does the next chapter hold?

Miss Heather is looking forward to re-establishing the babyballet brand across Bradford North & West and continuing to spread the babyballet magic to even more little stars and their families. 

After ten years of dancing, fundraising, performing, adapting, growing and, most importantly, helping children to build their confidence, we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings. Congratulations on 10 amazing years, Miss Heather!
