Which babyballet class should I book

Our preschool dance syllabus has been carefully designed to ensure each child is taught the principles of ballet and tap at the right developmental level while boosting confidence, and of course having lots of fun.

Our programme fits well within the UK Government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with our classes providing the opportunity for babies and young children to learn and develop key life skills in a healthy and safe environment.

When signing your child up for a three-week trial, you will need to ensure they are within the age parameters outlined for each stage. If in doubt, please start in the lower age group to begin with as your teacher will liaise with you should your child need to move up a stage.

After registering, you will be sent an enrolment email full of information that will let you know what to expect. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email and double check your junk or spam folder!

Becoming a babyballet member

Following the introductory trial, you will receive an email containing all the details you need to continue with our classes and become a babyballet member. Along with term dates and information about how to make future payments to secure your place, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining weeks in the current term plus your one-off babyballet joining fee. Your little star will receive a Welcome Pack filled with fun and benefits for both you and them to enjoy.

Our fees are £6.00 per class for babyballet tots, £6.25 per class for babyballet tinies, movers and £6.50 per class for groovers, payable in half term blocks in advance. Tappers classes are available for movers and groovers starting at £3.75 per week. There is no need to sign up via the website again.

Miss Ursula started dancing ballet, tap and modern at age two.
She completed many examinations with the British Ballet
Organisation to high levels; performed and trained with Dance
United Yorkshire, Regional Youth Ballet and competed with Rock
Challenge UK. She went on to study contemporary, jazz, lyrical,

compassion and found community. These qualities are what Miss
Ursula cherishes the most and hopes to pass on to the next
generations. She welcomes the chance to work with babyballet®
to do just this. It is magic when a child is simply having fun and
making progress on their own journey.

Miss Mia – babyballet® Teacher

Hi I’m Mia! Since being 8 years old I have loved dancing and had a
huge appreciation for the arts, whether it be performing, teaching
or going to the theatre, Since graduating with a 1st class BA(Hons)
in Professional and Commercial Dance at Shockout Arts, I have
truly loved teaching the next generation of dancers and teaching
with babyballet® is such a privilege! During my three years of
professional training I trained in numerous styles such as Jazz, tap,
ballet, commercial, contemporary and hiphop. I want to create a
safe and encouraging environment for all the children attending
my classes while providing them with high quality dance training
that aligns with the company’s incredible ethos. Sharing my
passion with your little ones and watching them improve is such a
rewarding feeling and I can’t wait to meet you all!

Miss Casey – babyballet® Teacher

After leaving school at 16 she attended Leeds City College to study my level 3 diploma in dance. After College she went to University to Study Dance and performance at Bucks New University. “Even before my daughter Bunnie was born, I could not wait for her to start ballet classes! From the moment Bunnie started at babyballet, both she and I have been thrilled to be part of this magical experience. Her teacher is so attentive, tailoring each class to the level and ability of each child. The 30 minutes we spend together in babyballet is a precious and memorable time.”
