babyballet® Bradford North held their annual Starmakers show at Dixons Cottingley Academy which showcased dance skills after a course of dance classes for kids with babyballet®. babyballet stars from Bradford went on a Grand Adventure with Twinkle and Teddy!

Over 80 babyballet® stars aged between 3 and 6 years old captivated over 300 excited parents, family members and friends on the 30^th June 2019 for 2 wonderfully performed, professional pantomime style dance shows.

babyballet® characters Twinkle and Teddy the adorable bears, Flutterstar the fairy, Chuck the cowboy and Grandad Jack, the King of the Castle in the Sky joined all of the children on the stage in this wonderful performance, where they thoroughly enjoyed dancing for their audience.

On their Grand Adventure, Twinkle and Teddy took the other babyballet® characters to the Wild Wild West where they joined in the dancing cowboy rodeo. When they finished, they had a dinnertime picnic in the sunshine with their kites and they watched the busy bees buzzing around before going on a wonderful adventure on a pirate ship. Then it was time for the bright lights of Hollywood! The tap dancers showed everyone their moves and then everyone was invited to join in the grand finale!

The audience were enchanted as they clapped and even danced along at times!

Heather Baines, principal of babyballet® Bradford North, stated,

“I am still floating on cloud 9! I am so proud of all our little stars that danced their hearts out on the stage. A huge thank you to all the grown-ups that helped out on the day, we could not have done it without you!”

One proud parent, Lyndsey Wellens, enthusiastically noted,

“I was so proud to see how my little girl was so happy and confidence in her first show. Definitely brought a tear to the eyes of her family watching!”

babyballet® star, Amayah, talked about the dance lessons and the show by saying,

“I loved being a bumble bee, dancing with my friends and my mummy and grandma watching me, they are very proud of me!”
