Which babyballet class should I book

Our preschool dance syllabus has been carefully designed to ensure each child is taught the principles of ballet and tap at the right developmental level while boosting confidence, and of course having lots of fun.

Our programme fits well within the UK Government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with our classes providing the opportunity for babies and young children to learn and develop key life skills in a healthy and safe environment.

When signing your child up for a three-week trial, you will need to ensure they are within the age parameters outlined for each stage. If in doubt, please start in the lower age group to begin with as your teacher will liaise with you should your child need to move up a stage.

After registering, you will be sent an enrolment email full of information that will let you know what to expect. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email and double check your junk or spam folder!

Becoming a babyballet member

Following the introductory trial, you will receive an email containing all the details you need to continue with our classes and become a babyballet member. Along with term dates and information about how to make future payments to secure your place, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining weeks in the current term plus your one-off babyballet joining fee. Your little star will receive a Welcome Pack filled with fun and benefits for both you and them to enjoy.

Our fees are £5.50 per class for babyballet tots, £5.75 per class for babyballet tinies, movers and £6 per class for groovers, payable in half term blocks in advance. Tappers classes are available for movers and groovers starting at £2.75 per week. There is no need to sign up via the website again.

Teaching Team at babyballet® Bradford

Miss Grace – Teacher

Miss Grace has been dancing since she was 3, taking part in many performance opportunities including Rock Challenge and FRESH at Leeds Playhouse in 2022. She played the roles of “Mary Poppins” and “Monsieur Thenardier” at her former dance school CC’s and attended Renaissance Arts on their Musical Theatre Course. She is now studying acting at Leeds City College School of Creative Arts.

There is nothing that makes her happier than being able to inspire young children and watch them fall in love with dance the same way she did.

Miss Emma – Teacher

Hi, I’m Miss Emma  and I have been dancing since I was 2.5 years old. I started dancing doing ballet, tap, modern, contemporary, jazz and many many more styles of dance throughout the years. I’ve had incredible opportunities dancing on London theatre stages, Wembley and many places in and around Bradford. I’ve trained as a dance teacher at the British Ballet Organisation, have a level 3 childcare and have spent a lot of time in and out of schools and nurseries enjoying looking after little ones.  I’m so looking forward to teaching your little ones! My passion is dance and I love little children so bringing my passions together is my dream. I love that moment when children get it and begin to explore and enjoy all the things babyballet has to offer.

Miss Casey – Teacher

Miss Casey-Jade attended her first freestyle Dance class at the age of 6 and did many shows and competed across the UK up until the age of 18. After leaving school at 16 she attended Leeds City College to study my level 3 diploma in dance. Whilst at college she furthered her knowledge in dance and learned many other styles such as lyrical, ballet, jazz and commercial as well as also doing a little bit of musical theatre. After College she went to University to Study Dance and performance at Bucks New University. She is now doing an apprenticeship and has completed her level 2 & 3 in Childcare and currently works in a nursery setting.

Miss Casey-Jade wanted to work for babyballet® as she loves working with children and has a passion for dancing and wants to share this and have fun with the next generation of little stars.

Miss Hannah – Teacher

Miss Hannah has been dancing since the age of 6, taking classes in everything from tap, modern and ballet, to freestyle and ballroom. Whilst at school, she completed ISTD examinations and regularly performed in local theatre productions. At university, she formed and captained both Tap and Modern dance teams, and introduced beginner classes to the dance society to make it more accessible. She was also lucky enough to take classes with a former Mistress of the Royal Ballet, and was on the Ballet Society committee. Miss Hannah has choreographed Musicals for her local community and also appeared in a number of music videos. She now adjudicates at an annual dance competition in Wales that receives multiple entrants from participants in the Dance World Cup, and has taught at a dance school in Bradford before joining babyballet®️. She can’t wait to share her love and enthusiasm for dance with the next generation of young dancers!

“My daughter just adores her babyballet class with Miss Emma. Not only does she teach songs and dance moves to encourage coordination but she also teaches patience and the importance of sharing. She has learned all the routines and practices at home as much as she can. babyballet is a wonderful investment in her future.”
