Applying to become a babyballet franchisee couldn’t be easier and it starts by filling in the application form below. (Please note, completing an application form is not a commitment to a franchise.)
At babyballet, we don’t believe in the hard sell so please don’t worry that you will be put under any pressure at all during any stage of your enquiry. Your enquiry will be dealt with by Donna, our lovely franchise sales manager. Donna will ensure you receive all the information you need – from your initial enquiry through to application, training and then onto joining the babyballet family. Having been a babyballet teacher for over 10 years and part of the creative development team at Head Office since babyballet began, Donna has the experience and knowledge to guide you through your babyballet journey from your very first step.
After your initial application form has been received, Donna will contact you to give you more information and explain what we require from you in order to take you onto the next stage. Once you have received all of the relevant information, we can arrange an open day at Head Office, where you will meet the team, audition (if you are a dance teacher) and get to see how we work here at the heart of babyballet. This will be your opportunity to ask questions, discuss your territory and move your journey forward!
Open Assessment Days
Following a successful application, you will be invited to Head Office in Halifax, West Yorkshire to attend an assessment day.
You will be welcomed at Head Office by our incredible team, audition at our local classes (if you are a perspective teaching franchisee), present your business plan, ask as many questions as you wish and have an informal interview. You will be asked to prepare a business plan for the territory you are interested in and audition if you are wanting to teach classes yourself. Assessment days are from 9am to 3pm and booked in advance, by invitation only.
During the application process, you will get the chance to speak to other franchisees to find out first hand just what it’s like to be part of the babyballet family. They are such a friendly and helpful bunch – always happy to share their experiences so having a chat with them really can help to ease any worries and help you to make the right decision. If you have not seen any babyballet classes, you will have the opportunity to visit your nearest franchisee to view these. Visits are by prior arrangement and only after the completion of a confidentiality agreement.
Once the assessment day is complete and everyone is happy to proceed, we will guide you through the final sales process and welcome to you into the babyballet family on our week long training course at Head Office!
