Which babyballet class should I book

Our preschool dance syllabus has been carefully designed to ensure each child is taught the principles of ballet and tap at the right developmental level while boosting confidence, and of course having lots of fun.

Our programme fits well within the UK Government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with our classes providing the opportunity for babies and young children to learn and develop key life skills in a healthy and safe environment.

When signing your child up for a three-week trial, you will need to ensure they are within the age parameters outlined for each stage. If in doubt, please start in the lower age group to begin with as your teacher will liaise with you should your child need to move up a stage.

After registering, you will be sent an enrolment email full of information that will let you know what to expect. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email and double check your junk or spam folder!

Becoming a babyballet member

Following the introductory trial, you will receive an email containing all the details you need to continue with our classes and become a babyballet member. Along with term dates and information about how to make future payments to secure your place, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining weeks in the current term plus your one-off babyballet joining fee. Your little star will receive a Welcome Pack filled with fun and benefits for both you and them to enjoy.

Our fees are £6.50 per class for babyballet tots, £7.00 per class for babyballet tinies, movers and groovers, payable in half term blocks in advance via GoCardless. Our babyballet tappers classes are an additional £3 per class. There is no need to sign up via the website again.

Meet the franchisee

Miss Natalie – Franchisee

Miss Natalie

Miss Natalie started dancing at the age of 4, attending ballet, tap and modern classes at Kate Simmons Dance in Warrington where she grew up. By the time she reached 11, she was attending lessons on most days of the week, including attending Cecchetti Scholar classes in London every weekend!

Natalie went on to train at the upper school at Kate Simmons Dance, studying a variety of dance styles, and graduating with her ISTD teaching certificates, plus a national diploma in dance studies.

As a professional dancer, Natalie has toured the UK, and worked in various teams abroad – meeting her husband whilst choreographing shows in France! Together, they set up their own company, providing performers for care homes, where she was able to sing as well as dance – and at the same time, Natalie discovered babyballet!

Having initially taught for babyballet in Nottingham, before moving to the South Coast, and joining the team at babyballet Brighton in 2016, Natalie instantly fell in love with the classes and dreamt of owning her own babyballet school one day – and now here we are!

She now balances running her business with spending time with her family – including her own little star, Isla-Blue, and their cocker spaniel called Goose!

“I can’t wait to welcome you and your little star to our magical classes at babyballet Hailsham and Lewes and look forward to meeting you very soon!”

“My daughter just adores her babyballet class with Miss Emma. Not only does she teach songs and dance moves to encourage coordination but she also teaches patience and the importance of sharing. She has learned all the routines and practices at home as much as she can. babyballet is a wonderful investment in her future.”
