Coronavirus Dispatch Update

March 2021 onwards

Orders may be placed but we have a delayed dispatch. Your order will be dispatched 6th April 2021. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from this date.

Tuesday 5th January 2021

  • It is with much sadness that our babyballet e-shop service is temporarily suspended, but the safety of everyone is of most importance to us.
  • For orders placed before 05/01/21, these orders will be dispatched via express or standard delivery – whichever service was chosen at check out.
  • Should you receive an item which isn’t suitable, please keep it safe and return it to us in the condition it was received once we are back in our Head Office Location. Following us on Facebook or babyballet world on Instagram will ensure that you will be the first to know.

Wednesday 26th August 2020

  • We are absolutely delighted to be opening the doors of our beautiful babyballet e-shop once again.
  • You are exceptionally important to us and we will be doing our utmost to resume the level of service you experienced previously with us.
  • We are not anticipating too many ‘bumps’ – but if you experience one please get in touch.
  • Standard and Express delivery options are both available for your convenience.
  • Please do allow us 10-14 days to process returns.
  • We are so so excited to get back to our babyballet classes and of course help kit out our current and new babyballet stars.

Monday 30th March 2020

  • Both express and standard delivery options are operating as normal today.
  • Any items we received in to our Head Office by Friday 22nd March have been processed accordingly. We are not currently operating from our head office location, as such any returns received to us after the 22nd March 2020 will be handled as soon as possible in line with government advice. Please bear with us.

  • We can confirm that all our orders, both standard and express delivery will continue to be dispatched to you as normal today.
