Celebrating 10 Years of babyballet® with Miss Betty

This month, we’re celebrating a very special milestone for babyballet Bramhall, Poynton, Disley & Hazel Grove as Miss Betty marks an incredible 10 years as a babyballet franchisee!

Over the past decade, Betty has welcomed hundreds of little stars and their families into her babyballet school, sharing her love of dance and helping young children discover the magic of ballet in a fun and encouraging environment.

A love of dance and watching little stars grow

For Betty, one of the most rewarding parts of being a babyballet teacher is seeing children grow in confidence.

A little one may arrive at their first ballet class feeling shy or unsure, but week by week, Betty gets to watch them find their feet, join in with a smile and become more confident in themselves.

That is one of the things that makes teaching babyballet so special.

It is not simply about learning ballet steps. It is about giving young children a positive first experience of dance, helping them develop confidence and allowing them to enjoy being part of something special.

Over the last ten years, Betty has seen this journey happen time and time again. Some of the children who first joined her classes as toddlers have continued dancing and grown into wonderful young people. Being able to share those years with families and watch their children develop has created some of Betty’s most treasured memories.

Ten years of babyballet memories

There have been so many memorable moments throughout Betty’s babyballet journey…

She has taken her little stars into the local community through babyballet performances at community events and given children opportunities to share their dancing with their families and wider community.

Betty has also supported a number of important fundraising campaigns over the years, including Tommy’s, Children in Need, Red Nose Day, Children’s Activities Week and Brain Tumour Research.

And when the COVID-19 pandemic meant that babyballet classes could no longer take place in the usual way, Betty found a way to keep her little stars dancing from home. Even when everyone had to stay apart, the babyballet magic continued!

Creating a babyballet family

One of the things that stands out most about Betty’s ten years is the wonderful relationship she has built with the families in her community.

The messages shared by her babyballet families to celebrate this milestone have been a lovely reflection of the difference she has made.

Parents have spoken about the confidence their children have gained, the happy memories they have made and the special experience of being part of Miss Betty and her team’s classes at babyballet Bramhall, Poynton, Disley and Hazel Grove.

It is a wonderful reminder that children’s ballet classes are about so much more than dance.

For many little stars, babyballet is where they take their first steps into the world of dance. It is where they make friends, learn to express themselves, develop confidence and discover that dancing can be something they love.

Betty has created a place where children and families feel part of something, and that is a very special achievement.

Growing a franchise and becoming a Mummy

Miss Betty, pregnant, celebrating business and motherhoodBetty’s ten-year journey has also been a very personal one.

Alongside building her babyballet franchise, she has become a Mummy to her little girl, Scout. Her own journey into motherhood has happened alongside the growth of her babyballet school, making this ten-year milestone even more meaningful.

Being a babyballet franchisee means becoming part of a much bigger family, while also having the opportunity to build something that is your own. Betty has done exactly that, creating a babyballet school that reflects her passion for dance and her care for the children and families she teaches.

Looking ahead

After ten years, Betty’s passion for babyballet is as strong as ever.

Her hope for the future is to continue sharing the magic of babyballet with little stars across Bramhall, Poynton, Disley and Hazel Grove, helping more children discover a love of dance and creating many more special memories with their families.

And we couldn’t be happier to see what comes next!

Miss Betty, thank you for an incredible ten years of babyballet magic. Thank you for the love and care you give to your little stars, for the confidence you help them find and for everything you have done for the families and community around your babyballet school.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone with you. Here’s to the next chapter and to many more little stars discovering the joy of dance at your babyballet school.

Happy 10th babyballet anniversary, Miss Betty!

With lots of love from everyone at babyballet® HQ xxx
