Every day is a babyballet day! A babyballet guide for new starters.

We’ve welcomed hundreds of three-year-olds through our doors already this term! Did you know that you can join any of our babyballet classes at any time during the term? No need to wait for half term or even January. Read our babyballet guide for new starters below!

Our doors are always open if you want your little one to discover the joy of dance.

Our baby ballet classes are taught by highly experienced ballet dance teachers and after decades of sharing the joy of our magical world, we understand that taking the first steps into a new class might be a little daunting. So, we like to keep it all as stress-free as possible. We also know that with small children there is no time like the present – and that waiting for tomorrow can be an impossible task… let alone waiting for a brand-new term to begin!

The doors to New Starters are always open at babyballet because we understand that life doesn’t always happen in a school term. And our little stars love welcoming new faces as much as we do. So although our 3-week trials are available throughout the term, our terms coincide (mostly) with school term times.

Need some more information? Read on for our New Starters guide below and learn all you need to know about joining a babyballet class.

  • When does the new term start?
You can join at every time, any week (during school term times).
  • If I sign up today, when can we start?
We encourage new babyballet stars to take advantage of our trial classes. Use the timetable link to choose the class and location that works best for you. And as soon as payment is received you can book into the next class.
  • What age can my child join?
Our magical classes are for all children aged 6 months to 6 years. It’s never too early to become a babyballet star.
  • Does my child need special clothes?

Uniform isn’t compulsory at babyballet. And for your trial classes, we recommend dressing your little one in comfy clothes that won’t restrict them as we move around. Please make sure your child is wearing ballet shoes or soft shoes with a grip, or they will be asked to participate in bare feet.

  • Is there a uniform I can buy?

You’re welcome to purchase whatever your child needs at the babyballet online shop
