Celebrating a Decade of Dance Magic with Miss Katie!
It’s a milestone worth dancing about! Join us in celebrating Miss Katie’s incredible journey as a dedicated babyballet® franchisee, as she marks a fantastic 10 years of bringing the joy of babyballet to little ones in Caterham, Warlingham & South Croydon.
From her very first classes in 2013 to now, a busy timetable and her team of teachers alongside her, Miss Katie has provided precious memories for countless children, nurturing their love for ballet and dance. As a mother of two, Ella and Joey, Katie knows the magic that dancing can bring to a child’s world. And in fact, her family, have been at the heart of this journey with her – you will see from these photograph’s that her husband Craig, and the children, have been by her side through it all.
It all began when Katie discovered babyballet® through a friend who owned Little Kickers. Drawn in by the charm and cuteness, she envisioned sharing these heartwarming experiences with her own little girl, Ella, in adorable tutus and sweet smiles.
Over the past decade, Katie’s dedication has shone brightly. Her journey has been studded with glittering highlights, and one of the brightest was the first Peppa Pig Danceathon, where her babyballet community proudly raised over £8,000 for Tommy’s, the baby charity. Talk about dancing for a cause!
Katie’s involvement extended far beyond the studio, as she joyfully participated in numerous fundraisers like Tommy’s Danceathon as mentioned, as well as Children’s Activities Week, Red Nose Day, and Children in Need. Her commitment to her community and the causes she supports is truly inspiring. From local festivals to fun-filled fairs, Katie and her babyballet® stars have graced many events, spreading happiness and smiles wherever they go.
What’s the most wonderful part of Katie’s journey as a franchisee? The perfect work-life balance she’s achieved, and we know Miss Katie has worked so hard to achieve it. From managing her own thriving business to being there for Ella and Joey, school pickups, and school holidays – Katie is truly the most wonderful mum, and wife and we know that her husband, also known at babyballet® as ‘Mr Craig’, has always been incredibly proud and her biggest support.
Katie is equally, a strong and determined businesswoman, measured and meticulous in her ways, we can be sure that Katie’s counting skills certainly go above ‘5,6,7,8’. Her attention to the detail and love for the analytical side of the business has certainly helped it to grow and succeed. And that, it has!
Miss Katie, you are an invaluable part our babyballet® family! Your commitment, passion, and the joy you’ve brought to countless families is incredible and we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued dedication.
